What We Need from You
One person on your side who owns the project during buildout. Deep-dives at the start to understand your market, ICP, and how you talk to buyers. Then consistent feedback in Months 1 & 2 — Base Camp has a built-in feedback loop where you review leads daily, flag what's off, and the system learns. That's how we get the ICP, personas, and messaging dialed.
